I ordered this necklace as a surprise for my wife, when we were going on a cruise for our anniversary. For a custom item, it arrived pretty quickly. We are very pleased with the quality of the necklace, as well as the quality/resolution of the image.
The necklace itself is beautiful. My issue is the packaging. It came in a small box and the item itself was in a tiny bag that wasn't sealed. The necklace came out of the bag during shipping. When I received it the chain was all knotted up, literally took me an hour to straighten it out.
Very reasonably priced. Came MUCH MUCH quicker than stated which was awesome. Picture is clear and visible . Only small issue is I feel that the picture is just slightlyyyyyyy blurry/off center. I say that being highly picky but still. Would recommend
