Yes. All our products are made of S925 sterling silver or stainless steel.
For the best results, we recommend using a photo that is at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. If you're unsure about the quality of your photo, feel free to contact our team for assistance!
For low resolution photos, we will reach out to you for a replacement. If we don't hear back, your order will be processed with the provided photo. Please note that we are not responsible for blurry results.
At times, even the most reliable services can experience hiccups. If your package goes astray in transit, we've got you covered. We're happy to offer refunds or replacements in the unfortunate event of a lost package.
We currently have 3 warehouses, one in the US, one in Germany, and one in China. The specific warehouse for delivery is determined by the system. If relevant EU taxes are involved, our company will pay for this part of the fee.
